Description: Handmade by Jim Arbuckle, this utility knife is an excellent choice for the chef that wants a knife that is as attractive as it is useful. Only one in the world! It utilizes a very deep choil (cut-out) for the forefinger to rest in. This makes the knife easy to hold onto even with slippery hands. The blade is made from ATS-34 stainless steel and was given a hand-rubbed satin finish. It was hardened and double tempered to Rc 58-59 for excellent edge retention. The smooth, slightly rounded spine moves into a serpentine fileworked tang. The rosewood toned Dymondwood grips are nicely contoured to assure a sure, comfortable grip. Excellent fit and finish throughout!
